Cornerstone Church

Group Life

Success at Cornerstone is defined by how effectively our ministries move people from our large environments into small groups.

At Cornerstone Community Church, the home group is the best place for sustained life change to occur. In a home group, people study God's Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up.

Practically speaking, there will never be a way for the staff or elders to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That's why we place such a high premium on group life. It's how we minister effectively at Cornerstone Church.

Home Groups are small groups of five to six couples or six to eight individuals who meet in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, prayer and accountability. We offer community groups for college students, singles, married couples and ladies.

Why Does Cornerstone Do Home Groups?

We believe that this is the place where significant life change occurs. Home groups are where real life and real issues are discussed. This is the environment where we celebrate the successes and good times of life, as well as comfort one another during the tough and disappointing times. It is a place to be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

When Do Home Groups Meet?

We are currently beginning an all-church home group study.  Life 2.0 begins Sunday, October 7 and will run until November 17.  If you would like to be part of a home group, please email us and let us know!
